FFAIR.GIFTS is an inclusive marketplace platform that connects buyers with disabled and neurodiverse creators. We facilitate the sale of handmade, unique products while promoting accessibility and fair opportunities.

Our Platform provides tools for sellers to showcase their products and for buyers to discover and purchase unique items while supporting inclusive creators.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One account per person is permitted

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Update your information when it changes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Seller Terms

4.1 Seller Application

• Sellers must complete an application process
• We reserve the right to approve or reject applications
• Priority is given to disabled and neurodiverse creators
• Charity status must be verified where claimed

4.2 Product Listings

• All products must be handmade or created by the seller
• Accurate descriptions and images are required
• Pricing must be fair and competitive
• Prohibited items include weapons, illegal goods, and harmful substances

4.3 Seller Obligations

• Fulfill orders within stated timeframes
• Maintain adequate inventory levels
• Provide excellent customer service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Buyer Terms

5.1 Purchases

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required at the time of purchase
• Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes
• Shipping costs are additional unless stated otherwise

5.2 Returns and Refunds

• Returns are subject to individual seller policies
• Defective or misrepresented items may be returned
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Custom or personalized items may not be returnable

6. Payment Processing

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We may charge platform fees as disclosed
• Currency conversion rates apply for international transactions
• Failed payments may result in order cancellation

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Use automated systems to access the Platform

The Platform and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it for Platform operations.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.3 Limitation of Liability
